I have experienced tagged and cursed on a raid where I was fully geared. No clue what was the trigger in this case and probably a bug. If you put gear on, it breaks the tag. Say you kill a few scavs and toss on a rig or armor. If you only take a pistol though, and no other gear, you do get tagged. And if you take a pistol but also take a rig, you don't get tagged. Mutant is still great, most AKs are insane, the scar is really solid, M1A as always, there are so many great guns this wipe. Insanely balanced wipe IMO. Any of the guns shooting M80 are good, AKM and mutant strong, 74N is finally up there, UMP MP7 and P90 are good for close range, even shotguns and the SVD are perfectly viable.You need 1 piece of gear (rig, backpack) and 1 weapon and your melee doesn't count to not be tagged and cursed. 1. Seems like it's about the rig only in my experience.As far as cursed guns go - each weapon has slots for different attachments, and those attachments have slots for other attachment (eg handguards have rails). Pick a gun, start buying attachments to put on it, and have fun. There are a couple of mods that will allow you to put any attachment into any slot. Would recommend for a good time.Repairing guns to 100%. Suggestion. With this new jamming misfire mechanic it's nonsense that guns are bound to the same durability restrictions that armor and helmets are when repairing.
