June 17, 2020 ·. I've been getting questions on G3C sights. So, here is a bit more on them. The sights are glock dovetail sights. There are a few differences though. The Taurus slide is different than glock's. So, about half the sights we tested hang too far off the back. I'll attach a photo showing the problem. The front sight does screw on. Optic Cut Service is available on the Taurus G3 model slide. On the older (first generation) models with the thicker rear irons sight the optic cuts are located to the rear of the slide and the factory rear sight is removed.
