Rogue for sure. If you're starting at 11, you only have a 1 level delay to get Stumbling Feint, which is a great feat for Rogues (or Swashbucklers). Stumbling Stance is also amazing, being a 1d8 finesse attack that can be used while wearing armor, and provides a +1 to feint as well. If you start as a monk, you aren't really sneak attacking.Barbarians will have: Higher damage, Size increases (Giant instinct), Thrash/Collateral Thrash, Furious Grab. For my money I think Monk's higher survivability via better AC and saves allows it to avoid more dangers and Ki Strike helps close the damage gap some.

Also, since Monk starts with Expert Reflex saves a level 1 monk with 12 Dex still has a +6 on the roll against trips (+8 once in Mountain Stance).
