Could also be the temp sensor failing, you'll need to do the diagnostic steps but nothing your truck is doing is abnormal when the computer thinks ...

The coolant temp even bounces around a bit, but mainly stays at 3/4. I can't even start my engine cause the mixture is off from the faulty sensor reading.
