I too had the issue with the wife activating the MyKey and we only had one key. I ended up nagging my dealer and they got me a second for free! The service dept quoted over $300. I said no and went to BatteriesPlus and they quoted me $220 for new key and cut and program.

I put it in on and pressed and held the setup button but no msg of set up mykey comes up.
