HOAMCO Property Management is a nightmare having to deal with them. At my property, they have gone through five or six property managers within the last 12 months. I sent a formal request in Jan. 2022 for the rules, regulations and bylaws to their property manager and received a response back "you don't need it, the rules haven't changed ...
