2013 ford edge climate control not working.
Truck has auto climate control, heated seats, touch screen and voice control. All methods fail to operate any heat or a/c functions. Snap on scanner shows all heat functions calling for heat but no response. All blend doors have no movement at all through defrost, vent and floor selections. Next coarse of action.

There is one for 2015. but that's because part of the instrument panel wasn't working due to a software update. not the whole thing. my entire cluster was dead.
